Audio Tip # 6 (With Video):
New York Subway Hero And Your Spirit

© Andrew Cavanagh 2004-2007 all rights reserved

You may have heard the amazing story of Wesley Autrey who lay under a train to save the life of a stranger in the New York Subway (see the video below)...

I can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt that you have it in you to perform acts of heroism like this.

How do I know that?

Because the force that calls on us to care for, protect and love our fellow human beings and all life on the planet is in all of us.

Deep at our core we are not physical bodies we are one spirit (some people call it God some use other language based on their beliefs, their upbringing and their personal experiences.)

We are all ONE life.

"Deep Inside We
All Have More Than Enough Love To
Jump In Front Of A Train"

When we save a life or we smile at a child or just listen while someone else talks we are reflecting the binding force that is in us all - the spirit that we all share.

But you don't have to jump under a train to let the force of sprit play out inside you.

Give someone a smile, a hug and a few kind words.

Send a genuine letter of thanks.

You can even send an email telling someone just how much you appreciate having them in your life.

You may not save someone's life but you could make someone's day.

After all, a life is made up of many days strung together like diamonds in a necklace.

Even if some of those days feel like old lumps of coal.

You can help turn someone's chunk of coal into a sparkling diamond.
